Great!
Great video. We have always been pulled in 2 directions, between plant-based and small portions of animal protein. We were vegan for 10 years after an MS diagnosis, began eating eggs after discovering and reading Dr. Perlmutter’s work. Within the past year and a half, we have reintroduced wild/organic meats/poultry and fish (not so much seafood) based upon the research in the Wahl’s Protocol. If you have read those, i would absolutely LOVE your professional opinion.
