What it feels like to be up since 5:30 slaying the day!
Today I am on my game peeps! I LOVE feeling happy and productive.
My Top 5 Tips to help you feel unstoppable!
1. Plan your day out the night before. This means looking at my schedule and deciding what I need to do to set myself up for success! Most importantly it means getting my but to bed early! 9:30 helped create this awesome day!�
2. Move your body in some way that feels good for you as soon as you get up!�
3. Journal about how amazing you’re going to feel that day when you accomplish what you’ve set out to do! Writing it “as if” it’s already happened will help you step into the feeling and increase the likelihood of success!
4. Turn off the notifications on your phone! Seriously, focus on the test at hand and when YOU decide it’s time to check integral or text messages, then do it. But don’t allow your day to be highjacked by other people.
5. Work in “time blocks”! Section similar tasks at the same time. Focusing on one thing will help you become up to 40% more productive!
This is how I completed six training videos, plus three advertising videos which just freed up more than an hour of my time every day this week if I had of done them separately!
We call have the same 24 hours in the day, prioritize what’s important to you and take steps to increase your focus and productivity daily!
There is time for EVERYTHING important to do, don’t let your ego tell you otherwise! The “time” trap the ego’s favourite way to sabotage you!
