Light through the central retinal pathway is what determines hormonal health this has been proven – LIGHT through the eye regulates every single metabolic process in the entire human body as well. hormonal secretions arent magically triggered?

TheLit Man what you’re talking about can impact melatonin production (also a hormone) and therefore lead to sleep issues, which can put stress on your adrenal glands. However, that’s a small piece of the puzzle. Stress on the body consistently is what throws the HPA axis off.

no all hormones and all metabolic pathways also the light present in your environment actually tunes your mitochondria to be able to handle the photonically energized electrons that you get from food – input to mitochondria. its actually all a light story – that’s also why if you live up here in Toronto and eat a mango it will cause a mitochondrial impairment automatically – its a coupled system it all has to do with light that’s the dial tone of nature. did you also know that blue light depletes DHA , dopamine, spikes blood glucose and induces reactive oxygen species?

TheLit Man it’s simply not true that light is the only thing that can contribute to adrenal imbalance or hormone imbalance at large. Sleep and light is something I talk about in my program, again….it’s a piece. Thx for your input, I think however, you’re only seeing it from one view point.
for the most part it is actually humans think they can alter the most fundamental aspect of life here o our planet and not have biochemical conseuqnces… laughable. those are secondary issues imo. but like i said that’s just my opinion

So sweet how you handled your real life situation with your daughter interrupting you- she reminds me of my daughter- it demonstrates how Moms are multi-tankers and have to take care of themselves so they can have the strength and well being to get through the day.
